Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel paid subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be applied.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment, subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Less than 20% of the service quota has been used
  • No violations of our Terms of Use have occurred

Refund Process

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Refund Denial

We may deny refunds in the following cases:

  • Misuse of the service or violation of our Terms of Use
  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
  • Requests made after the 7-day eligibility window
  • Usage exceeding 20% of the plan's quota
